Pixelache Helsinki 2008 festival will focus on education. We celebrate this theme by opening our very own ‘Pixelache University‘ programme.

The goal of Pixelache University is to offer alternative and critical perspectives to the development of mainstream media and technology.

CURRICULUM (OCT 07 - JUNE 08)

Pixelache University curriculum offers a monthly meeting point for artists and designers, hackers and engineers, architects and activists, etc. The program aims to track some of the developments currently going on the areas of

Pixelache University presentations, discussions, workshops and parties are organised together with our local and international collaborators. The first confirmed events are Megapolis2022 (13 Oct, with Dodo), Defektro presentation & concerts (2 Nov, with Dorkbot Helsinki) and workshop by Tuomo Tammenpää (1 Dec, with Forumbox).
